Qamo.io - Snake Arena Terms of Use

1. Nature of Service

Qamo.io is a Skill Games platform. Our tournaments and matches are based entirely on technical skill, strategy, and participants' performance in the supported games. We are NOT a platform for gambling, sports betting, or "betting". Competition results depend exclusively on players' merit, completely eliminating luck as a determining factor. Participation in tournaments consumes credits that will not be refunded based on the match outcome, and there is no guarantee of monetary prizes, as these depend exclusively on the user's performance relative to other competitors.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid and regular Tax ID (CPF) with the Federal Revenue. The registered CPF must obligatorily belong to the account holder. The use of third-party data is strictly prohibited.
• Imutability: The CPF linked to the account is non-transferable and cannot be changed after the first purchase of credits.

3. Credits and Payments

• Acquisition: Credits can be acquired in packages of at least 500 (five hundred) and at most 5000 (five thousand) credits per transaction, for risk management and security purposes.
• Service Fee and Prizes: On the entry fee of each paid tournament, the distribution is carried out as follows:
  • 85% destined for the tournament prize pool.
  • 10% retained as a service fee (Rake) by the platform.
  • 5% destined for the funding of free tournaments (Freerolls), ensuring prizes proportional to the volume of participation on the platform.
• Right of Withdrawal: In compliance with Art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code, the user may request a full refund of credits within 7 (seven) days after purchase, provided that no credit from the acquired package has been used. Once the use of credits for competition registration has started, the service is considered rendered and consumed, and a refund for withdrawal is no longer applicable.
• Non-Refundable: Outside the legal withdrawal hypothesis mentioned above, credits are not refundable or convertible into cash after use in tournaments. If a tournament is cancelled by the organization (e.g., lack of quorum), the entry fee will be fully returned to the user's balance.

4. Withdrawal Policy

To ensure financial security and compliance with anti-money laundering laws:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account of the same ownership (CPF) as the account registered on Qamo.io.
• Minimum Amount: The minimum amount for each redemption request is 500 (five hundred) credits.
• Rollover Rule: To prevent money laundering, acquired credits must be used at least 1 (one) time in competitions before being available for withdrawal. Only balances from prizes or credits already circulated in the game ecosystem can be redeemed.
• Qamo.io reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal.
• An administrative fee of 5% (five percent) will be charged on the total value of each withdrawal request, destined to cover operational costs of processing, auditing, and reinforcing the free tournament ecosystem (Freerolls).
• Processing Time: Once requested and approved, Pix payment processing is performed immediately or according to the standard settlement time of our financial service provider.
• Release Period: Withdrawals can only be requested on balances from prizes credited more than 24 hours ago, for auditing and security purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

• Prior Learning: Players must use free tournaments to learn the mechanics and familiarize themselves with the game before participating in competitions for credits.
• Connection Test: It is the player's responsibility to check their connection to the game servers by participating in free tournaments before entering paid matches.
• Prohibited Conduct: By using the site, you agree not to:
  • Falsify your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or networks connected to the site without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt security, accounts, servers, or system resources.
  • Transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or any code of a destructive nature.
  • Use any automated system (bots, spiders) to access the service in an unauthorized manner.
• Taxation: Prizes are distributed free of withholding tax at the source. The user is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes or fees required by government authorities on their earnings.
• Latency and Withdrawal: Players may withdraw from competitions at no cost (buy-in refund) within the first 15 seconds after the start of the match if they identify inadequate latency or connection problems.
• Scoring and Respawn: In case of character death (regardless of cause), the accumulated score up to that point will be preserved. The player may respawn and continue the match without losing points already earned, only losing the size of their snake.

6. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

Competitive integrity is our priority. The use of third-party software (cheats, hacks, MODs), automation scripts, or any form of collusion (match-fixing) is strictly prohibited.

Teaming: The formation of teams or alliances is permitted only in team tournaments. If our system detects players acting together (teaming) in individual tournaments with prizes, all involved will be punished with the loss of credits and eventual account blockage.

Offenders will be permanently banned and lose the right to any balances or prizes on the platform.

Monitoring: Matches with prizes are recorded and monitored by moderators to ensure compliance with these rules. Players who feel disadvantaged by any suspicious conduct of third parties in their matches can request a formal review from support.

Reverse Engineering: It is strictly forbidden to copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service or code owned by Qamo.io.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Qamo.io strives to keep the platform stable and secure; however, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.

Failure Analysis: In exceptional cases of financial losses proven to be caused by critical technical failures of direct responsibility of the platform, Qamo.io undertakes to analyze each situation individually to determine the possibility of compensation or balance adjustment.

System Error Corrections: If a processing error, technical failure, or bug occurs that results in the undue credit of values or prizes to the user's account (values higher than those due according to actual performance), Qamo.io reserves the right to perform a reversal or corrective adjustment of the balance to reflect the correct financial reality, aiming to avoid unjust enrichment of the user and preserve the platform's economic integrity.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qamo.io, its owners, and employees from any loss, claim, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Company holds all intellectual property rights over all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to: service name, interface elements, individual game mechanics, and related documentation. Use of the platform does not grant the user any rights over such assets.

9. Affiliate Program

10. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

In compliance with the LGPD, Qamo.io informs that it collects and processes data (such as Email Address, Name, and CPF) exclusively for identity verification purposes, fraud prevention, and payment processing. Your data is protected by encryption and shared only with financial partners strictly necessary for the operation. We do not sell user data to third parties.

11. Terms Updates and Modifications

Qamo.io reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion, to reflect changes in the law, new features, or operational adjustments. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on this page. In case of significant changes that directly impact the rights or obligations of users, we will communicate via email or prominent notices on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the new Terms.
