Qamo.io - Snake Game Online Rules and Fair Play

Understand the scoring mechanics, combat, and integrity measures of Qamo.

Important Notice

The use of macros, bots, or unauthorized collusion (teaming) in tournaments where it is not explicitly allowed will result in a permanent ban and loss of all account credits.

1. Objective

GOAL: WIN

Your goal is simple: eat to grow and defeat other players to climb the rankings. The more you grow, the more points you accumulate to win the tournament's final prize.

2. Cumulative Scoring

PRESERVATION: 80%

Unlike other snake games online, your points don't disappear completely when you die or lose your network connection. If you rejoin the same game right away, you'll see that most of your progress was preserved, losing only 20% of your points, and provided the game is not in its final minutes, you return with your snake's initial size. So even if a brief network failure occurs, or if someone kills your snake mid-game, yes, you will lose a bit, but it's far from the end.

3. Combat and Rewards

STEAL: 20%

The fastest way to climb the rankings is by attacking. When you defeat an opponent by making them crash into your snake, you 'steal' 20% of all the points they have accumulated. Playing purely defensively by just eating food from the map isn't the best strategy; the real secret to reaching the top is hunting down your rivals! Note: Playing as a team (teaming) is allowed only in tournaments where this is explicitly authorized in the arena rules.

4. Protection against total point loss

RECONNECT: AUTO

We know accidents happen. But in cases of repeated connection loss — for example, if you re-open the game page — you will lose 20% of your points, and 30% starting from the second time. Additionally, for your safety, your name and score remain hidden from rivals while you have less than 500 energy (Anonymity Shield), protecting those who are still growing.

5. Arena Shrinkage

PHASE: CONSTRICTED

Keep an eye on the map! As time goes by, the arena shrinks to force a confrontation in 3 phases: 1. Active (0-75%): Linear shrinkage down to 30% of original size. 2. Hold (75-85%): Shrinkage pauses for mid-game confrontations. 3. Squeeze (85-100%): The map closes rapidly to a final zone. If your snake touches the border, it will die and lose 20% of its points. In the final stage (Finale), respawning is disabled!

6. Cancellation and Refunds

GRACE: 15s

To ensure a fair experience, you have a 15-second grace period after a paid tournament starts to test your connection. If you choose to leave the game within this initial time, you will receive a full refund of your credits. After the first 15 seconds, or if you join a tournament already in progress, this option will not be available.
